2006 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 2SECTION Removal Procedure
CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution .
  1. Disconnect the auxiliary battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect ProcedureΒ .
  2. Fig 1: Auxiliary Positive Cable From Junction Block

  3. Remove the positive battery cable nut from the junction block.
  4. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .

  6. Remove the auxiliary cable clip bolt from the frame.

  8. Remove the starter lead nut.
  9. Remove the auxiliary positive battery cable from the starter stud.
  10. Remove the auxiliary positive battery cable.
