- Install the battery negative cable to the vehicle.
- Connect the negative ground leads to the frame.
Tighten: Tighten the negative ground leads to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
- Connect the battery negative cable to the auxiliary battery.
Tighten: Tighten the bolt to 15 N.m (11 lb ft).
- Lower the vehicle.
