Installation Procedure

2006 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 2SECTION Installation Procedure

Position the front seat riser into the vehicle.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Install the nuts in order to retain the seat riser to the vehicle.
Tighten: Tighten the nuts to 60 N.m (44 lb ft).
Position the front seat assembly to the seat riser.

Install the seat adjuster nuts (2).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Install the nuts (2) in order to retain the seat adjuster (1) to the seat riser (3).
Tighten: Tighten the nuts (2) to 45 N.m (33 lb ft).
Install the front seat assembly to the vehicle. Refer to Seat Replacement .
