  1. Remove the wiper arms. Refer to Wiper Arm ReplacementΒ .
  2. Remove the air inlet grille panel. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement in Body Front End.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the wiper motor.

  5. Remove the 4 bolts retaining the wiper system drive module.

  7. Remove the wiper drive system module from the vehicle.

  9. Disconnect the drive link from the wiper motor crank arm using the J 39232Β  . See Special ToolsΒ .

  11. Remove the 2 bolts retaining the wiper motor.
  12. Remove the wiper motor from the wiper drive system module.
