2006 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo Extended, 5.3 T, 4L60E/M30SECTION Removal Procedure
  1. Park the wiper arms.
  2. Fig 1: Wiper Arm Nut

  3. Remove the wiper arms. Refer to Wiper Arm ReplacementΒ .

  5. Remove the air inlet grille panels (1,2). Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement in Body Front End.

  7. Remove the wiper motor module assembly. Refer to Wiper Motor Module ReplacementΒ .

  9. Disconnect the wiper transmission (2) from the wiper motor crank arm (3) using the J 39232Β  . See Special ToolsΒ .
  10. Loosen the wiper motor shaft nut (1).
  11. Tap on the screw with a soft-faced mallet while holding up on the wiper motor crank arm (3) until the wiper motor crank arm is loose on wiper motor shaft.
  12. Remove the nut.
  13. Remove the wiper motor crank arm from the wiper motor shaft.
