2005 Chevrolet Malibu LSSECTION Removal Procedure
    CAUTION: Refer to SIR Caution .
  1. Place the seat in the full up position to relieve tension on the motor.
  2. Remove the front seat. Refer to Seat Replacement - Front BucketΒ .
  3. Fig 1: Disconnecting Electrical Connectors

  4. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

  6. Remove the seat motor fastener.

  8. Remove the seat motor roll pin.

  10. Remove the seat motor.
