  1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the EVAP vent valve.
  3. Disconnect the canister vent hose.

  5. Bend back the tang on the bracket.
  6. Slide the EVAP vent valve off the bracket.
