Remove the fuel fill cap.

CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Cautions and Notices.

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the rear seat. Refer to Seat Cushion Replacement - Rear in Seats.

Remove the fuel sender assembly access cover.

Disconnect the fuel tank pressure (FTP) sensor electrical connector.
Remove the FTP from the fuel sender assembly.
