Removal Procedure

2005 Chevrolet Aveo LS, 4D Sedan, StandardSECTION Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the fuel fill cap.
  2. CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  4. Remove the rear seat. Refer to Seat Cushion Replacement - Rear in Seats.

  6. Remove the fuel sender assembly access cover.

  8. Disconnect the fuel tank pressure (FTP) sensor electrical connector.
  9. Remove the FTP from the fuel sender assembly.
