Remove the instrument panel (IP) accessory trim plate. Refer to TRIM PAD REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) UPPER

Remove the bolts/screws from the IP switch bank.
Remove the switch bank by pulling straight out from the IP.

Disconnect the electrical connectors.
