2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer 4.2 S, 4WDSECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the storage bin. Refer to Console Storage Bin Replacement (Expect Pro)Β  or Console Storage Bin Replacement (Pro)Β .
  2. Remove the rear cupholder from the end panel. Refer to Cupholder Replacement (Luxury)Β , Cupholder Replacement (Non-Luxury)Β , Cupholder Replacement (Rear)Β  or Cupholder Replacement (Pro)Β .
  3. Remove the 2 retaining screws.

  5. Remove the top 2 retaining screws.
  6. Fig 2: End Panle Upper Screws

  7. Move the end panel rearwards to gain access to the electrical connectors.
  8. Remove the end panel from the console.
  9. Remove the rear seat heater switch, if equipped. Refer to Heated Seat Switch Replacement - Rear in Seats.
  10. Remove the rear seat audio controls, if equipped. Refer to Audio Control Replacement - Rear Seat in Entertainment.
  11. Remove the power outlets from the end panel, if equipped. Refer to Accessory Power Receptacle Replacement - 12 Volt in Power Outlets.
