- Install the thermostat and the O-ring seal to the engine.
- Install the water outlet housing to the engine.NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
- Install the water outlet housing mounting blots.
Tighten
Tighten the water outlet housing mounting bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
- Install the upper radiator inlet hose to the water outlet housing.
- Install the radiator hose clamp to the water outlet housing.
- Inspect coolant for leaks.
