- Align the endgate to the vehicle, with an assistant.
- Install the endgate hinge bolts.
Tighten the endgate hinge bolts to 33 N.m (28 lb ft).
- Install the endgate rear panel molding. Refer to MOLDING REPLACEMENT -- REAR PANEL .
- Install the endgate wiring harness.
- Install the endgate weatherstrip. Refer to WEATHERSTRIP REPLACEMENT - END GATE .
- Install the endgate lock cylinder. Refer to LOCK CYLINDER REPLACEMENT - END GATE .
- Install the liftgate latches. Refer to LATCH REPLACEMENT - LIFT GATE (AZTEK) or LATCH REPLACEMENT - LIFT GATE (RENDEZVOUS) .
- Install the endgate latches. Refer to LATCH REPLACEMENT - END GATE
- Install the endgate bellcrank. Refer to BELLCRANK REPLACEMENT - END GATE .
- Install the endgate handle. Refer to HANDLE REPLACEMENT - END GATE .
- Install the endgate water deflector. Refer to WATER DEFLECTOR REPLACEMENT - END GATE .
- Install the endgate trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - END GATE .
