- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the driver-side air bag module. (See DUAL-STAGE DRIVER-SIDE AIR BAG MODULE .)
- Remove the steering wheel. (See STEERING WHEEL AND COLUMN REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove in the order indicated in the table.REMOVAL ORDER OF AUDIO CONTROL SWITCH
1 Cover 2 Audio control switch 2 (See Audio Control Switch Installation Note .) - Install in the reverse order of removal.
