Scan Tool Data Definitions
8-Digit GM Part Number: The scan tool displays an 8-digit number which indicates the GM part number of the module.
# of Fobs Programmed: The scan tool displays 1 Fob - 4 Fobs to indicate the number of keyless entry transmitters that are programmed for the system.
Accessory 1: The scan tool displays On/Off. The remote function actuation (RFA) module (remote control door lock receiver) displays On if it senses voltage at the accessory 1 input.
Battery Voltage: The scan tool displays the current state of the battery in volts.
Calibration ID: The scan tool displays a 4-digit number which indicates the calibration ID number of the module.
Courtesy Lamp Output: The scan tool displays On/Off to indicate the current state of the courtesy lamps as commanded by the remote function actuation (RFA) module (remote control door lock receiver).
Exterior Lamp Output: The scan tool displays On/Off to indicate the current state of the exterior lamps as commanded by the remote function actuation (RFA) module (remote control door lock receiver).
Horn Output: The scan tool displays On/Off to indicate the current state of the horn as commanded by the remote function actuation (RFA) module (remote control door lock receiver).
Ignition 1: The scan tool displays On/Off. The remote function actuation (RFA) module (remote control door lock receiver) displays On if it senses voltage at the ignition 1 input.
Key In Ignition: The scan tool displays Active/Inactive.
Key Pressed On Fob: The scan tool displays Dr. Door Unlock, Door Lock, All Door Unlock, Trunk, or Fuel Door/Alarm which indicates the last pressed keyless entry transmitter button.
Last Fob Used: The scan tool displays Fob #1 - Fob #4 which indicates the number of the last keyless entry transmitter used to operate the keyless entry system.
Park Lamp Input: The scan tool displays On/Off. The remote function actuation (RFA) module (remote control door lock receiver) displays On if it senses voltage at the park lamp input.
Perimeter Lamp Output: The scan tool displays On/Off to indicate the current state of the perimeter lamps as commanded by the remote function actuation (RFA) module (remote control door lock receiver).
PROM ID: The scan tool displays a 4-digit number that identifies the PROM.
RAP Output: The scan tool displays On/Off to indicate the current state of the retained accessory power (RAP) as commanded by the remote function actuation (RFA) module (remote control door lock receiver).
Security Lamp Output: The scan tool displays On/Off to indicate the current state of the security lamp as commanded by the remote function actuation (RFA) module (remote control door lock receiver).
Trunk Release Output: The scan tool displays On/Off to indicate the current state of the rear compartment release as commanded by the remote function actuation (RFA) module (remote control door lock receiver).
