- Lubricate tilt spring guide with synthetic grease.
- Install the tilt spring guide into the tilt spring.
- Install the tilt spring (1).
- Install the steering column trim covers. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement - On Vehicle .
- Install the knee bolster. Refer to KNEE BOLSTER REPLACEMENT .
- Install the steering wheel. Refer to Steering Wheel Replacement .
- Enable the SIR system. Refer to ACTIVATING SYSTEM .
