Installation Procedure

2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer 4.2 S, 4WDSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the inlet radiator hose to the engine.
  2. Using the J 38185Β  reposition the clamp at the engine.
  3. Position the hose and fasten to the clamp (1) at the upper radiator support.

  4. Install the inlet radiator hose to the radiator.
  5. Using the J 38185Β  reposition the hose clamp (1) at the radiator.
  6. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling SystemΒ .
