- Remove the instrument panel driver knee bolster panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - KNEE BOLSTER .
- Remove the bolts (3) that retain the relay center and the bracket to the inner and outer brackets of the instrument panel driver knee bolster.
- Remove the relay center (5) and the bracket (4) from the inner and outer brackets of the instrument panel driver knee bolster.
- Remove the hazard and turn signal flasher (1) from the relay center.
