Installation Procedure

2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer 4.2 S, 4WDSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Position the radiator inlet hose to the vehicle. Align the marks on the hose.
  2. Install the radiator inlet hose to the radiator.
  3. Use the J 38185 in order to reposition and install the hose clamp at the radiator.

  4. Install the radiator inlet hose to the thermostat housing.

  6. Use the J 38185 in order to reposition and install the hose clamp at the thermostat housing.
  7. Install the left diagonal brace. Refer to BRACE REPLACEMENT - FRONT FENDER UPPER DIAGONAL in BODY FRONT END .
  8. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling SystemΒ
