Compressor Hose: Installation

- Remove the cap or plugs from the connections. Install the hose to the compressor. Install the compressor hose assembly retaining bolt to the compressor. Tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONSΒ .
- Install the compressor hose assembly to the condenser. Tighten the compressor hose nut at the condenser to specification.
- Install the auxiliary hose connection at the compressor hose assembly. Tighten the auxiliary hose connection to the compressor to specification.
- Install the compressor hose assembly to the accumulator. Tighten the A/C line to the accumulator to specification. Evacuate and recharge the A/C system. Install the air cleaner to the vehicle. Install the coolant recovery or the surge tank
