2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer 4.2 S, 4WDSECTION Removal Procedure

The outside mirrors are stud mounted to the door metal. The mirror face can be replaced without removing the entire mirror. The left side flat and right side convex mirror faces must be replaced with the same type mirror face when serviced.

  1. Remove the trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front DoorΒ .
  2. Remove the mirror reinforcement cover.
  3. Remove the nuts from the mirror.

  5. Remove the mirror cable from the trim panel.
  6. Remove the mirror.
