The following must occur for DTC to run:

  • There must be no ABS or TCS malfunctions present
  • calibration process must be at least partially complete
  • vehicle speed must be between 15-90 MPH (24-145 km/h)
  • DTC C1245 will set when EBCM detects a tire pressure difference in one tire of 69 kPa (10 psi) higher or lower than other three.
  • DTC C1245 will set if there is a loss of, or low system battery voltage.
