Transaxle Mount Assembly (Side): Removal

2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer 4.2 S, 4WDSECTION Removal

  1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle.
  2. Remove the left front wheel and tire assembly.
  3. Remove the left front splash shield.
  4. Install a jackstand and a block of wood to support the transaxle.
  5. Remove the mount thru-bolt from the transaxle mount.
  6. Unscrew the rear upper mount bolt and leave in place.
  7. Remove the remaining 3 mount bolts.
  8. Remove the mount.
