Intermediate/4TH Servo Assembly: Installation

2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer 4.2 S, 4WDSECTION Installation

  1. Assemble the intermediate/4th servo assembly.
  2. Install the intermediate/4th band servo piston spring, the servo and the servo cover bolts. Tighten the bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONSΒ  .
  3. Install the oil feed pipes. See OIL FEED PIPESΒ  .
  4. Install the filter and the oil pan. See DRAINING & REFILLINGΒ  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
  6. Fill the transaxle with appropriate fluid to proper level. See LUBRICATIONΒ  .
