Removal Procedure

2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer 4.2 S, 4WDSECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the battery. Refer to Battery ReplacementΒ .

  3. Remove the battery cable cooling air inlet duct plastic retainer (1).
  4. Remove the battery cable cooling air inlet duct (2).
  5. Disconnect any electrical harnesses attached to the battery box.

  7. Remove the battery box bolts (1).
  8. Remove the battery box (2).
