- Drain the coolant. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (Static Fill) or Draining and Filling Cooling System (GE 47716 Fill) .
- Remove the radiator inlet hose clamp from the radiator.
- Remove the radiator inlet hose from the radiator.
- Remove the surge tank inlet hose from the surge tank.
- Remove the radiator hose retaining straps from the radiator support.
- Remove the radiator inlet hose clamp from the engine.
- Remove the radiator inlet hose from the engine.
