Installation Procedure

- Install the window weatherstrip run channel assembly.
- Start at the lower rear corner of the window opening.
- Press the weatherstrip run channel onto the door flange.
- Check to make sure the channel is fully secured into the upper corners of the door frame.
- Install the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
- Install the window run channel seal.
- Install the seal to the door header flange, starting from the rear corner.
- Install the mushroom retainers at the top ends of the metal glass run channels.
- Install the seal legs to the metal glass run channels.
- Install the front door window weatherstrip run channel assembly. Refer to Front Side Door Window Channel ReplacementΒ .
- Install the front door window. Refer to Front Side Door Window ReplacementΒ .
- Install the front door sound insulator. Refer to Front Side Door Insulator Replacement .
- Install the front door applique. Refer to Front Door Frame Applique Replacement .
- Install the front door outer panel. Refer to Front Side Door Outer Panel Replacement .
