- If installing the heat shield (3), install the shield thru the passenger side wheelwell.
- Install the exhaust heat shield (1, 3) to the dash panel studs.NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
- Install the exhaust heat shield nuts.
Tighten
Tighten the nuts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
- Lower the vehicle.
