Installation Procedure

- Position the sunroof module to the vehicle roof, with an assistant.NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
- Install the sunroof module to roof bolts.
TightenΒ
Tighten the sunroof module to roof bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
- Connect the front drain hoses to the sunroof module.
- Connect the rear drain hoses to the sunroof module.
- Connect the electrical connector to the following components:
- The actuator
- The express module
- Inspect for proper operation of the sunroof.
- Install the headliner. Refer to HEADLINER REPLACEMENT in Interior Trim.
