Installation Procedure
2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer 4.2 S, 4WDSECTION Installation Procedure

- Position the headliner into the vehicle through the liftgate opening.
- Push on the Velcro® and the magnet attachments to partially secure the liner.
- Install the pushpin fastener at the rear of the headliner.
- Secure the weatherstrip over the edge of the headliner.
- Connect the sunroof switch electrical connectors.
- Connect the OnStar® microphone electrical connector.
- Install the reading lamp cover. Refer to Reading Lamp Replacement in Lighting Systems.
- Connect the OnStar® electrical connector.
- Install the sunshades. Refer to Sunshade Replacement .
- Install the windshield upper garnish molding. Refer to Windshield Upper Garnish Molding Replacement
- Install the center pillar molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Center Pillar Lower .
- Install the dome lamp. Refer to Dome Lamp Replacement .
- Connect the headliner electrical connectors behind the cargo area trim panel. Connect the clips holding the wire to the metal.
- Install the driver side quarter trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Lower .
- Install the lock pillar garnish moldings. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Lock Pillar Upper .
- Install the rear garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Rear Corner .
- Install the rear window upper moldings. Refer to Molding Replacement - Rear Window Upper .
- Install the coat hooks. Refer to Coat Hook Replacement .
- Enable the SIR system. Refer to DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM in SIR.
