- Clean and block at the water pump mating surface.
- Install a new water pump O-seal to the water pump.
- Install the water pump assembly.
- Install the water pump bolts.
Tighten:Β Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
- Install the front timing belt cover. Refer to FRONT COVER .
- Fill the coolant system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling SystemΒ .
