2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer 4.2 S, 4WDSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the stabilizer shaft to the vehicle.
  2. Install the stabilizer shaft insulators to the stabilizer shaft.
  3. Install the stabilizer shaft insulator clamp to the stabilizer shaft insulator.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  4. Install the stabilizer shaft insulator clamp mounting bolts.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the stabilizer shaft insulator clamp mounting bolts to 55 N.m (41 lb ft).

  5. Install the stabilizer shaft links to the stabilizer shaft. Refer to Stabilizer Shaft Link ReplacementΒ .
  6. Lower the vehicle.
