Installation Procedure
2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer 4.2 S, 4WDSECTION Installation Procedure

- Install the sunshade to the sunroof assembly. Refer to Sunroof Sunshade Panel ReplacementΒ .
- Install the glass panel to the sunroof assembly. Refer to Sunroof Glass Panel ReplacementΒ .
- Install the sunroof module to the sunroof assembly. Refer to Power Sunroof Module ReplacementΒ .
- Install the drive motor to the sunroof assembly. Refer to Power Sunroof Motor ReplacementΒ .
- Position the sunroof assembly to the vehicle with an assistant.
- Install the bolts that retain the sunroof assembly to the roof panel.
Tighten:Β Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (7 lb ft).
- Connect the drain hoses to the sunroof assembly. Refer to the following procedures:
- Connect the sunroof harness electrical connector.
- Install the headliner. Refer to Headliner Replacement (Trailblazer EXT, Envoy XL) or Headliner Replacement (Trailblazer, Envoy, Bravada) in Interior Trim.
