- Lower the headliner. Refer to Headliner Replacement (Trailblazer EXT, Envoy XL) or Headliner Replacement (Trailblazer, Envoy, Bravada) in Interior Trim.
- Disconnect the inline connector from the sunroof electrical harness.
- With the aid of an assistant, remove the sunroof assembly from the vehicle and place on a clean, prepared surface. Refer to Sunroof ReplacementΒ .
- Remove the sunroof drive motor. Refer to Power Sunroof Motor ReplacementΒ .
- Remove the screw that retains the module to the mounting bracket.
- Disconnect the 2 electrical connectors from the module.
- Remove the module from the mounting bracket.
