Remove the front bucket seat assembly from the vehicle. Refer to Seat Replacement - Front Bucket .
Remove the front seat back cover and pad. Refer to Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement - Front .
Remove the lumbar cables from the panel clips.

Remove the 2 push-pin fasteners (1) from each side of the panel.

Remove the push-pin fastener (1) from the bottom of the panel.

Remove the panel from the top of the seat-back frame.
Remove the seat-back frame.
