CAUTION:
Be careful when you handle a inflatable restraint Sensing and Diagnostic Module (SDM). DO NOT strike or jolt SDM. Before applying power to SDM: Remove any dirt, grease, etc. from mounting surface Position SDM horizontally on mounting surface Point arrow on SDM toward front of vehicle Tighten all of SDM fasteners and SDM bracket fasteners to specified torque value. Failure to follow correct procedure could cause air bag deployment, personal injury, or unnecessary SIR system repairs.
