DTC B1339: Device Power No. 3 Circuit Open: Description
Body Control Module (BCM) monitors condition of load battery voltage supply circuits. When BCM receives 9-16 volts from CLSTR/BCM fuse, BCM tests to verify voltage and grounds are present for BCM outputs. Battery feed circuit, from HTD SEAT fuse, provides power for following items:
- Heated Seats
- Retained Accessory Power (RAP) Relay Coil
- Rear Defogger Relay Coil
- Door Locks
- Trunk Release Motor

When to See a Mechanic
