This step is testing relay ground circuit. - 5
This step isolates circuit from IGN relay. All circuits at relay are good if test light illuminates. - 9
The open circuit will be between splice and IGN relay. - 10
Remove underhood electrical center cover and inspect circuits that are supplied a voltage by IGN relay.
