- Position the flasher to the insulator panel.
- Connect the electrical connector to the flasher.
- Install the flasher retaining bracket to the insulator panel.
- Install the left closeout/insulator panel. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Left in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
