2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer 4.2 S, 4WDSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the reservoir to the bracket.
  2. NOTE: Refer to Installing Hoses without Twists or Bends Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the reservoir outlet hose and the hose clamp to the reservoir.
  4. Install the reservoir inlet hose and the hose clamp to the reservoir.
  5. NOTE: Refer to Using Proper Power Steering Fluid Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  6. Add fluid to the reservoir. Refer to Checking and Adding Power Steering FluidΒ .
  7. NOTE: Refer to Air in the Power Steering System Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  8. Bleed the power steering system. Refer to Bleeding the Power Steering SystemΒ .

  10. Install the reservoir cap (2).
