IMPORTANT:
The HO2S 1 comes with an anti-seize coating on the new sensor. Take precautions in order to prevent removal of any of this coating prior to installation.
- Install the HO2S 1 (1) into the exhaust manifold (2).
- Tighten the HO2S 1.
Tighten:Β Tighten the HO2S 1 to 44 N.m (32 lb ft).
- Connect the electrical connector of the HO2S 1.
- Install the engine cover (1).
- Secure the engine cover (1) with the 2 fasteners.
Tighten:Β Tighten the two fasteners to 7 N.m (62 lb in).
- Install the 2 plastic retainers.
