Install a Fuel Pressure Gauge (SA9127E) to fuel service test port. Turn ignition on, with engine off. Using a scan tool, command fuel pump on. Fuel pressure should be 50-60 psi (3.5-4.2 kg/cm2 ). If fuel pressure is not as specified, diagnose fuel system.
