Removal Procedure

- Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door .
- Remove the water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door .
- Remove the rear view mirror. Refer to Mirror Replacement - Power .
- Remove the outer sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Window Belt Outer .
- Remove the door weather-strip. Refer to Weatherstrip Replacement - Front Door .
- Remove the door window weather-strip. Refer to Weatherstrip Replacement - Front Door Window .
- Remove the window guide. Refer to Window Guide Replacement - Door .
- Remove the door lock. Refer to Lock Replacement - Front Door .
- Remove the door lock cylinder. Refer to Lock Cylinder Replacement - Door .
- Remove the outside door handle. Refer to Door Handle Replacement - Front Outside .
- Remove the door window. Refer to Window Replacement - Front Door .
- Remove the door window regulator and motor. Refer to Window Regulator Replacement - Front Door .
- Remove the front upper door speaker. Refer to Speaker Replacement - Front Upper in Entertainment.
- Remove the front lower door speaker. Refer to Speaker Replacement - Front Lower in Entertainment.
- Remove the front door body side molding. Refer to Molding Replacement - Front Door Body Side in Exterior Trim.
- Remove the front lower door side molding. Refer to Molding Replacement - Front Side Door Lower in Exterior Trim.
- Remove the left fender, if necessary. Refer to Fender Replacement - Front - Left in Body Front End.
- Remove the right fender, if necessary. Refer to Fender Replacement - Front - Right in Body Front End.
- Remove the door check link. Refer to Door Check Link Replacement - Front .
- Release the door wiring harness grommet and unroute the wiring harness (3) from the door (6) and door jamb, if equipped.
- Remove the front door wiring harness from the vehicle, if equipped.
- Remove all the retainers from the front door (6).
- Mark the door hinge (2, 4) location.
- Remove the following components from the vehicle:
- The 4 door to hinge bolts (1, 5)
- The front door (6)
