Installation Procedure
2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer 4.2 S, 4WDSECTION Installation Procedure

- Install the front transaxle bracket and bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the transaxle bracket bolts to 64 N.m (47 lb ft).
- Install the insulator to the mount bracket.
- Install the front transaxle mount through bolt.
Tighten: Tighten the transaxle mount through bolt to 52 N.m (38 lb ft).
- Install the 2 bolts to the front transaxle mount.
Tighten: Tighten the front transaxle mount bolts to 39 N.m (29 lb ft).
- Install the left hand splash shield. Refer to Splash Shield Replacement - Engine - Left in Body Front End.
- Install the right hand splash shield. Refer to Splash Shield Replacement - Engine - Right in Body Front End.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Remove the engine support fixture.
