Installation Procedure

2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer 4.2 S, 4WDSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the vacuum valve to the HVAC control module.
  2. Connect the electrical connectors to the HVAC control module.
  3. Connect the vacuum connectors to the HVAC control vacuum valve.

  4. Install the HVAC control module to the instrument panel.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  5. Install the screws to the HVAC control module.

    TightenΒ 

    Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb ft).

  6. Install the instrument panel cluster trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) CLUSTER .
