2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer 4.2 S, 4WDSECTION Removal Procedure

IMPORTANT: Do not exchange digital radio receivers between vehicles. Exchanging digital receivers between vehicles will activate the digital radio Theftlock. "XM Theftlock" will be displayed.
  1. Remove the I/P compartment. Refer to Compartment Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Remove the receiver bracket nuts.
  3. Remove the receiver from the bracket.
  4. Disengage the electrical connector and the antenna connectors from the XM radio receiver.

  5. Remove the XM digital radio receiver from the vehicle.
