- Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) is less than 86°F (30°C).
- Intake Air Temperature (IAT) is less than 86°F (30°C).
- The difference between the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) and the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) is 14°F (8°C) or less.
- Battery voltage is 9-18 volts.
- Fuel level is 1/4 and 3/4.
