- Engine coolant is at operating temperature, 160-248°F (71-120°C).
- Intake Air Temperature (IAT) is 5-167°F (-15 to 75°C).
- Engine is in Closed Loop fuel control.
- Engine has run for 6-8 minutes off idle in order to initiate test.
- Battery voltage is 11-18 volts.
