Removal Procedure

2003 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo Extended, 6.0 USECTION Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the front seat from the vehicle. Refer to Seat ReplacementΒ .
  2. Remove the seat cushion cover and pad. Refer to Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement - FrontΒ .
  3. Remove the bolts (7) retaining the seat back hinge / recliner mechanisms (6) to the seat cushion frame. Refer to Seat Back Hinge/Recliner Mechanism Replace - FrontΒ .

  4. Remove the bolts (4) retaining the seat cushion frame to the adjuster.

  5. Remove the power seat switch bracket (2), if equipped.
