Removal Procedure
2003 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo Extended, 6.0 USECTION Removal Procedure
- Remove the hinge pillar trim panel. Refer to Trim Replacement - Hinge Pillar .
- Remove the front door lower pillar garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Lower Pillar .
- Grasp and gently pull up on the front door stepwell mat in order to release the retaining clips.
- Disconnect the electrical connector for the stepwell lamp.
- Remove the front door stepwell mat from the vehicle.
- Inspect the front door stepwell mat for broken or missing retaining clips. Replace the retaining clips as needed.
