Removal Procedure
2003 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo Extended, 6.0 USECTION Removal Procedure
- Remove the windshield garnish molding. Refer to Windshield Garnish Molding Replacement .
- Disconnect the headliner electrical connectors.
- Remove the sunshades. Refer to Sunshade Replacement .
- Remove the front door upper pillar garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Upper Pillar .
- Partially remove the upper part of the front door opening weather strips. Refer to WEATHERSTRIP REPLACEMENT - FRONT DOOR OPENING .
- Remove the front headliner retainers.
- Remove the front headliner from the vehicle.
